Zoe Cooper
Sports Therapist
Hi! I'm Poppy and I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy in 2020 at Coventry University. I have 6 years of clinical experience with 2 years being spent working with professional athletes at Wasps Rugby Football Club and the other 4 years within private clinics and semi-professional football. I have been very fortunate to work with professional and semi-professional athletes and I've now taken the leap to build my own business within the private sector.
I have always loved playing sport and believe being able to stay fit and active is a number 1 priority. This is why I love being able to help people; both active or sedentary feel better about their aches & pains and get them back to their optimal level. Sports Therapists do not only see people who 'play sport' and see the general public too!
So book in to see me and let me help you! I look forward to seeing you.

Hi! I’m Zoe and I graduated in 2025 with a degree in Sports Therapy at Birmingham City University. I have been working with Leamington Rugby Club since my final year of university and have continued working with them post-graduation, gaining valuable experience supporting competitive athletes.
Since graduating, I have stepped straight into clinical work, treating a wide range of clients and conditions.
Alongside my work, my personal experience in cheer leading and martial arts has given me first-hand insight into the physical demands of sport, including injury risk, training intensity, and recovery.
Sports therapy isn’t just for athletes. I enjoy helping everyone manage muscle soreness, recover from injury, and move more comfortably. Looking after your body through maintenance and prevention is just as important as recovering from an injury. My aim is to support you in getting back to doing the things you enjoy.
I look forward to seeing you in the clinic!

Sophie King
Sports Therapist
Hi, I’m Sophie, a Sports Therapist recently graduated in 2026 with a degree in Sports Therapy from University College Birmingham.
Sport has been a huge part of my life from a young age. Through my involvement in both football and cheer leading, I’ve experienced the physical demands of training and competition, as well as the challenges of injury and recovery. This personal experience, combined with my studies, has given me a strong understanding of the importance of looking after your body, and supporting it to perform at its best.
Throughout university, I have gained valuable hands-on experience across elite women’s football, men’s basketball, a student-led injury clinic, and major sporting events including the London Marathon, HYROX and Tour De 4.
Whether you are highly active, enjoy exercising in your spare time, or simply want to feel more comfortable in everyday life, I’m passionate about helping you understand and manage your injury and well-being. My aim is to provide personalised support tailored to you, from injury prevention and treatment through to rehabilitation and recovery.
Together, we can work towards helping you feel stronger, move more comfortably, and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
I look forward to seeing you in the clinic!
