About me
Hi! I'm Poppy, the owner and Sports Therapist at PH Sports Therapy. I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy in 2020 at Coventry University.

I have 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years being spent working with professional athletes at Wasps Rugby Football Club and the other 3 years within private clinics and semi-professional athletes.

I have been very fortunate to work with professional and semi-professional Rugby players and I've now taken the leap to build my own business within the private sector and we are now into our third year of business.

We now have a second Sports Therapist working at PH Sports Therapy, offering more availability for you to be seen quicker to start your rehabilitation from an injury or to get on top of those annoying aches and pains.
